This device is a complete skid-mounted device that uses molecular sieve membranes for continuous deep dehydration of the lithium battery coating solvent NMP, with an annual processing capacity of 1,000 tons and a raw material water content of 15%. After the treatment of this device, the NMP product obtained has a water content of less than 50 ppm, and the purity of NMP after purification is >99.99%, which meets the requirements and the equipment operates continuously and stably. This project is a successful case of molecular sieve membrane used for deep dehydration of electronic grade NMP.
